Abstract

The leader is the head of an organization, all activities, skills, of the leader affect the performance of the organization. Therefore, there have been many studies on leadership skills. However, research on leadership skills associated with the level of supply chain participation of enterprises is still very limited. From the results of the review of related studies, the article proposes a research model to evaluate the influence of leadership skills on the performance of Vietnamese enterprises.
