Abstract
The purpose of the article is to review the research related to labor productivity. Factors affecting labor productivity. Effects of FDI on labor productivity; The effect of exports on labor productivity and finally the effect of non-wage benefits on labor productivity. The author conducts analysis, evaluation and gives discussion as well as possible research directions in the future.
