Literature Review: Training Service Quality of Universities in Vietnam

Abstract
The objective of the article is to evaluate previous studies on the quality of training services of universities. The author has conducted a review of studies related to measuring training service quality, an overview of studies related to the influence of training service quality on student satisfaction. From the overview of the studies, the author discusses and proposes future research directions
